Our service to facilitate a business plan is called Re-Thinking
The process we use takes a management team through a series of stages to evolve a breakthrough business plan that can be presented on 5 or 6 power point slides with strategies, owners, timescales and measures.   Build a shared plan don't try sharing a built plan.


A simple facilitated Scenario planning session with a board of directors or senior management team is very useful to get everyone ‘on the same page’  with the same view of the competitive and market environment that the company is attempting to compete in.
We help you to design it and we facilitate the workshop.
 

Our Account Planning is named Anteater for the way the anteater can clean out a nest of ants by systematically exploring every nook and cranny. We aim to help you to do the same with your account plans and business opportunities not with ants!
