Here are the offers we make to you

For any of our coaching services we make the following offer:
Our selected coach will conduct a 2 hour coaching session with you or your candidate.
After that session make a decision whether our coaching services are right for you.
If you decide that they are then please sign up for further coaching and please pay us for the two hours that you have received.
If you decide not to go further with us then the two hours has been for free and we will wish you good luck with whoever you do choose.

For our any of our services to create rainmakers the following offer applies:
We will meet you and your team  for half a day to make an initial assessment.
We'll follow it with an brief report of recommendations which will be for free.


For our training and development services the following applies:
We will send to you, one of our trainers, to deliver a 90-minute to 2 hour session on a topic of your choice, from our repertoire, to an audience of up to six people.
If you decide to take further training and development from us then we ask you to pay for the initial session.
If you decide that our services are not for you then the initial session is free to you.

For our facilitation services  we make this offer:
We will come to you for 2 hours to discuss your requirements.
We will follow that up with an outline set of recommendations, suggested agendas and actions for you to review.
This service is free of charge for the first enquiry from your company.
