Our facilitation service for this kind of business planning is called  Re-Thinking

The process is based on the principle of Robert Dilts work in NLP.

If we know where we are and can be coached to find out where we need to be in a few years time then the easy bit is usually working what we need to do to get from here to there.

Then figure out who needs to do what and how we measure our progress...

Using techniques we have honed over many sessions we can take a management team through a series of exercises that will evolve a breakthrough business plan that can be presented on 5 or 6 power point slides with strategies, owners, timescales and measures.   Trust us. You want to build a shared plan.
