John has been developing leaders in business
for the last 15 years since h
e transformed his own career from being a senior manager in private-sector education. He’s been a management consultant to almost every business sector of international and FT 100 companies.

He’s worked at developing leaders, coaching 1-on-1, and facilitating teams at all levels to board level, as well as organisational development.

This has been supported by his own extensive investment in personal growth and in training in Gestalt and other process methodologies for personal and business transformation.

His style is focused and results-orientated but informal, with a strong ability to ask exactly the right questions that pick up the key issues and get to the heart of the matter, and to work with process, both in individuals, reporting lines and teams to help organisations bring about the desired change.

Supported company merger by designing a programme with the leader
