Gamblin
Chris has been a Director and Senior Consultant for twelve years and has
worked closely, and at senior level, with companies such as JCB, Mowlem,
BAE Systems, and Vodafone.
He has worked with Government departments such as the MOD and in a
variety of Housing Associations.
Chris also partners with Manchester Business School and Liverpool
University.
Chris was previously European HR Director for Northern Telecom, and UK
(Sales) HR Director for Hewlett Packard.
His experience is in Top Team alignment and Business Direction (Strategy
Development). He is a specialist in leadership and culture development.

BAE Systems Submarines
Chris is facilitating and coaching the Organisation / Development team
through a Company wide programme of change. This involves senior team
alignment and strategy development with Integrated Work Teams. His work
encompasses the behavioural as well as the Strategic Planning.
Mowlem
Chris worked
with the Management team of a new major division to bring together three
separate functions with one culture and clear and agreed purpose,
direction and vision. This involves the identification of new behaviours
and the implementation and adoption of those behaviours throughout the
organisation.
Housing
Associations
Chris has worked with a number of Housing Associations. Recent clients
have used his experience and skills to ensure alignment and development
of business direction and strategy.
TH White
TH White is a £70m turnover business, growing fast and very diverse in
its market segments ranging from Agricultural machinery to Cranes and
Security systems. Chris is working with the Group Management Team to
develop their Leadership thinking and also with the individual
businesses to clarify business direction and strategies.
