Allan James
During the last 25 years, Allan has delivered consulting and
facilitation services to leaders and managers in a range of businesses
in Hewlett-Packard.
This has included the telecom, electronics, consulting and IT sectors as
well as functional organisations such as HR, Supply Chain and Marketing.
Prior to this he worked in the FMCG, Retailing, Telecom and
Construction/ Civil Engineering industries.
He has focused his expertise in a number of areas: business strategy and
planning; organisation design; managing organisational change; executive
and manager coaching; team development; business process improvement.
What Allan’s clients have valued about working with him is his ability
to help them cut through complexity and find a practical way of moving
forward.
He helps them to measure their results in terms of improved individual
and organisational performance. In particular he builds his clients’
capability and confidence in their own ability to deliver strong

Allan is married with two grown up daughters and is a practicing
