I personally found the Rainmaker Programme to be fun.

It re- enforced previous learning and in particularly demonstrated the importance of listening to the client first before talking about what you could do to help them.

All of the 30 people I sent on the tailor made two day training has come back from the course highly motivated and with lots of new ideas.
